Kira (voiced by Colleen O'Shaughnessey) was a girl created by Dark Dragon to steal the Dino Daggers from Kaito and Rena. She could summon wings to fly and imitate voices. She successfully stole the Dino Daggers, leaving Tyranno and Tricera powerless against Dark Dragon's Dragozaurs. When the rest of the Dino Knights arrived, Ptera knocked Kira to the ground, causing her to drop the Dino Daggers. When Kaito and Rena reclaimed them, she tried to get them back, only to be confronted by Dino Sabre. Kira quickly flew off, dispersing into a cloud of bats.
